Frank Talbot Harrison was born in 1884, the son of Alfred and Frances Elizabeth Harrison. In May 1903 he went to work for Parr's Bank.
During the First World War Harrison left his job in the bank's general manager's department at its head office in London to join the army. He volunteered in 1914, and after serving for a time in the Honourable Artillery Company he transferred to the East Surrey Regiment. Second Lieutenant Frank Talbot Harrison was killed in action in France on 3 May 1917. He was 33 years old and left a widow, Winifred Amy.
Frank Harrison is commemorated on a bank war memorial held at NatWest Group Archives.
